I tried your rosemary bread, loosely following the directions and adding a powdered romano and parmesan cheese misting, i used fresh rosemary from my garden about 6 twigs 2 inches long diced thin, i added a tablespoon buckwheat and a grab of oatmeal oats, and i didnt roast the garlic either.
    Now
Just because i love the way the place smells with their fresh bread and as a frame of reference the average person can relate to. My house smelled like subway when they first open in the morning and start baking their bread. The bread definitely beat the hell out of the way it tastes by miles.
The bread had a wonderful stregnth to it and it was heavy so it was definitely filling. I love european, specifically dutch breads with lots of seeds and fibers in them. You eat less and are fuller longer which is the beauty of being able to bake your own bread. Your recipie was wonderful. I also never thought to spray bread with water which added a nice touch to the baking process.
Im a well seasoned cook but i never bake. I was married to a man who had hand in earning two Michelin stars as a sous chef with his head chef. When he moves here to the US he would always look for bread recipies much like this one. Were no longer together but he left an appreciation and skillset behind. Were good friends. I will share this one with him.

I also want to add that if you want your home to smell amazing or you are trying to sell your home this woukd be one bake you should do prior to open houses or viewings. This woukd definitely cause connections to home and being comfortable. Just a little trick you should try.
