5-Ingredient Protein Bars (no-bake)

These 5-ingredient Protein Bars are super easy, packed with nutrition, and are the perfect pre/post workout fuel.



Peanut Butter

Maple Syrup

Protein Powder

Rolled Oats

Optional Add ins: Chocolate chips, raisins, blueberries, cinnamon  or dates.


Combine milk, peanut butter, and maple syrup/honey over low heat.

Remove From Heat

Stir until well combined then remove from heat. Add protein powder, oats and optional cinnamon or add-ins.

Cool & Cut

Lightly grease an 8x8 pan. Press mixture into the pan then allow to cool before cutting into squares.


Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired to serve. Store in an airtight container at room temperature & grab on the go!
