There's nothing quite like the smell of fresh apple fritter bread baking in the oven on a chilly autumn morning. This beautiful apple bread with streusel is begging for you to enjoy a slice. 

Ingredients

Topping Brown Sugar | Pecans Cinnamon | Nutmeg Bread Sugar | Butter | Eggs Milk | Oil | Vanilla | Flour  Baking Powder | Cinnamon | Ginger Salt | Granny Smith Apples  Glaze Powdered Sugar | Milk

First...

Combine topping ingredients, set aside. Preheat the oven & grease a loaf pan.

Next...

Beat sugar and butter  until smooth and creamy.  Add eggs, one at a time.  Then milk, oil & vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and fold in until combined.

Then...

Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan. Add half the apples & press down. Sprinkle half of the streusel topping over the top. Repeat.

Bake for 60-70 minutes. Cool in the pan. Make glaze by mixing the powdered sugar & milk together. Drizzle over the cooled bread.

Perfect on a chilly autumn morning.
