Ripe Bananas | Butter | Eggs Brown Sugar | White Sugar Vanilla | Baking Soda | Salt All-Purpose Flour
Cream together the butter and both sugars in a stand mixer. Add eggs and beat on medium low until combined.
Add mashed bananas and vanilla extract; continue beating just until mixture is incorporated.
In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Add flour mixture to bowl with banana mixture then pour into a loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour. Let finished loaf cool in pan at room temperature overnight or at least until lukewarm. Slice & serve.
- Add cinnamon & nutmeg if you want to amp up the flavors. - If you prefer sweeter bread, use 1/2 cup granulated sugar. - Tastes delicious warmed up in oven or toaster.
