Can of Biscuits
Add oil, onion, & garlic to a skillet. Add ground sausage, cook until brown. Mix in flour, then milk, salt and pepper. Bring to a low boil until gravy thickens.
Quarter the biscuits & grease a baking dish before layering half of the biscuits into the bottom. Bake for 10 minutes uncovered, or until puffy and golden brown.
Evenly spoon the gravy over biscuits. Place remaining biscuits evenly on top. Cover with foil and bake for 14 min. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
