This Chicken Madeira recipe is a better-than take on Cheesecake Factory’s most popular chicken dish. It’s easy make at home and explosion of flavor. It’s healthy, delish, and will quickly become a family favorite.


-Chicken Breast Fillets -Salt & Pepper - Olive Oil  - Mozzarella - Mushrooms  - Madeira Wine  - Minced Garlic  - Beef Broth  - Cornstarch  - Butter

Pound: flatten chicken breasts to an even 1/4-inch thickness throughout. Lightly season both sides.

Cook: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add chicken and cook 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer cooked chicken to a baking pan and cover to keep warm.

Sauce: in the same skillet add olive oil and mushrooms. Stir. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer until the sauce has thickened.

 Broil: sprinkle mozzarella on top of the chicken. Broil to melt cheese. Cover with sauce & enjoy.
