Chicken  Tikka Masala

This Chicken Tikka Masala is the only one we’ve tried that tastes just like it came from our favorite Indian restaurant. No need to go out for this anymore!


Salt | Cumin | Coriander Pepper | Chicken Breast Yogurt | Oil | Ginger  Garlic | Onion | Chili Powder | Garam Masala Tumeric | Tomato Paste Sugar | Heavy Cream

Mix salt, cumin, coriander & cayenne. Sprinkle it on both sides of chicken. Set aside.  Whisk yogurt, oil, ginger & garlic together.

Cook onion about 8 min. Add garlic, ginger & tomato paste. Add the rest of the ingredients and boil. Reduce heat, cover & simmer 15 min. Stir in cream and return to simmer.

Dip chicken into yogurt mixture. Arrange on wire rack set in baking sheet. Broil about 5-9 mins. Flip over and broil another 5-9 mins.

Cut chicken into bite size chunks then stir into sauce when ready to eat.
