Crock Pot  Whole Chicken

Crock Pot Whole Chicken is even better than store bought rotisserie chickens! It’s fall-off-the-bone tender, juicy, and supremely flavorful. The seasoning is spectacular.

Ingredients

Onion | Whole Chicken Salt | Paprika | Garlic Pow Cayenne | Onion Pow Thyme | White Pepper Black Pepper

Add chopped onion to the slow cooker. Remove giblets and towel dry chicken. Using your fingers, gently pry the skin away, so you can season underneath skin.

Combine spices. Evenly spread two-thirds of the spice mix underneath the skin. Use remaining  to spread on top. Place chicken on top of the chopped onion. Cover & chill overnight.

When ready to cook, turn slow cooker on Low for 5-6 hours only. Keep on warm until ready to serve.

It’s fall-off-the-bone tender, juicy, and supremely flavorful.
