Easy Jamaican Jerk Chicken Recipe
Salt & Pepper
In a bowl combine all ingredients to form a spice rub/paste mixture.
Evenly rub mixture underneath & over the chicken skin to coat the chicken legs.
Place chicken on large rimmed/foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes (or until browned.) Serve immediately.
Use paper towels to thoroughly dry chicken legs of excess moisture before adding marinade.
Make extra dry spice rub & just add olive oil when you're ready to use
