Chives or Parsley

Salt & Pepper

Garlic

Lemon

Olive Oil

Mahi-Mahi Fillets

Salt & Pepper

Lemon Garlic Mix

For the Fish

Lemon Garlic Mix

Combine all Lemon Garlic Mixture ingredients & set aside.

Fry & Flip

Pat dry, season then add to a sizzling pan. After 3 Minutes, flip.

Roast 

Roast the fish for 5 minutes in the oven, before topping with the garlic mix.

Serve

Pour over any juices & garnish with lemon slices.  Serve & enjoy!
