Make perfectly poached eggs in just 3 minutes. For all those eats that would be so much better with an egg on top.


– 1 very fresh, large egg – 1 tablespoon white vinegar – 1 teaspoon table salt

Fill a large, deep pot with water. Bring to a rolling boil

Crack egg, filter out any watery egg white parts. Transfer egg to ramekin

Stir in vinegar and salt. Turn heat off & slide egg into the water. Cover with a lid. After a few minutes, lift out with a slotted spoon.

Enjoy on your favorite avocado toast!
