Homemade  Poke Bowl Recipe

Poke bowls are supremely healthy, easy to make and packed with umami flavor. Now, you can make your own gluten-free Poke Bowls right at home. Ready in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients

Sesame-Soy Sauce

Tamari

Rice Wine Vinegar

Toasted Sesame Oil

Granulated Sugar

Wasabi Paste

Poke Bowl

Green Leaf Lettuce

Sashimi-grade Tuna

Cucumber

Mango

Avocado

Make Sriracha Mayo

Stir together the mayo & Sriracha in a small bowl. Cover & chill until ready to use.

Sesame-Soy Sauce

Hand-whisk all Sauce ingredients. Add tuna/salmon & coat well. Cover and keep chilled until ready to assemble bowls.

Assemble

Divide cooked rice into bowls. Evenly layer: lettuce, marinaded tuna/salmon, cucumber, mango, and avocado. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro, green onions, sesame seeds.

Serve 

Drizzle with Sriracha Mayo & serve.
