Pie Crust Nutella Strawberry Preserves Fresh Strawberries

 1. Roll out half of chilled pie dough. Cut out desired shapes, re-roll, and repeat.

2. Spread Nutella onto bottom layer of crust, scoop the fresh strawberries on the Nutella, and dollop preserves on top of the strawberries.

3. Cover the filling with the top crusts and seal edges very tightly with a fork.

4. Cut slits in the tops of the hand pies. Then brush beaten egg over them and sprinkle coarse sugar on top.

5. Repeat the whole process with the other half of dough. 6. Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet at 350F for 15-20 minutes. Let cool before digging in!
