This super easy Tahini Sauce Dip is delicious, satisfying, and awesome for guilt-free dipping. We love it as a healthy side dish with lunch or dinner. It's Whole30 compliant, but great for anyone.

Ingredients
1cuppure tahini sesame seed paste, stirred well with its natural oils
1cupvegetable stock
⅓ to ½cupfreshly squeezed lemon juice, depending on taste
In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process on high until mixture is thoroughly combined and smooth. If it's too thick, add a bit of water until the sauce/dip reaches desired consistency. Serve with fresh veggies, root chips, or as a condiment for your meal (it's wonderful with chickenshawarma.)
Notes
If you're using this as a dip, keep the texture thicker. If using it as a sauce, add more vegetable broth or water as needed. Keeps very well in an airtight container in fridge.
