This fabulous honey yogurt fruit dip is bursting with fall flavors. It’s a no-guilt cure for the sweet toothed – real honey, vanilla greek yogurt, and cinnamon makes up this lively fruit dip.

Ingredients
1cupvanilla Greek yogurt, whole or low-fat
4-6TBhoney, more or less, depending on sweetness of yogurt brand
sliced fruits , For serving, apple slices, mixture of berries, sliced melons, or granola.
Instructions
Gently mix together all ingredients. Stir to combine well. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Serve with slices of fruit, berries, or granola.
Notes
Depending on the sweetness of your yogurt brand, you may use more or less honey.
Whole Greek yogurt will yield the creamiest results.
For variation, try adding 1-2TB softened fruit jam or preserves into the yogurt dip. Feel free to use blueberry or strawberry yogurt.
We love serving this dip with apple slices, but it's also delicious with a mixture of berries, sliced melons, pretzels, and granola.
Be sure to keep dip covered in the refrigerator until you're ready to enjoy it; it can be made up to 2 days in advance.
