In a large nonstick pan, stir together oil and garlic over medium heat for 1 minute.
Combine lime juice with cornstarch in a small bowl and mix to dissolve cornstarch. Add this to the pan.
Add all remaining ingredients to the pan and continue to stir together just until shrimp turns opaque, about 1 1/2 minutes. Do not overcook. Remove from heat.
Serve warm shrimp with sauce over rice or noodles.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of Sriracha to suit your heat preference. Start with a small amount and add more as needed.
Make sure to use fresh lime juice for the best flavor. This will give your Honey Lime Shrimp a bright, citrusy kick.
To save time, you can buy shrimp that is already peeled and deveined. This will cut down on prep work and get your meal on the table faster.
The honey lime marinade creates a delicious sauce that is perfect for drizzling over a bed of fluffy Cilantro Lime Rice or your favorite Rice Pilaf.
