4-Ingredient Pecan Sandies

These easy Pecan Sandies are melt-in-your-mouth shortbread cookies that are bursting with the aroma of real butter and roasted pecans. Deliciously simple with only 4 ingredients.


Salted Butter

Brown Sugar

All-Purpose Flour

Roasted Pecans

Optional: Powdered Sugar


Add butter and brown sugar to a stand mixer. Then add 1 1/2 cups of the flour and combine to create the dough.

Knead The Dough

Sprinkle flour on a large board and knead dough by hand for 2 minutes. Work in the pecans and gently roll into logs.

Chill & Slice

Wrap the logs & chill for 30 minutes. Once firm enough, remove from fridge and slice into 1/2" thick rounds. Place onto prepared baking sheet.


Bake 12 minutes, or until bottom edges are golden brown. Let cool and if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
