  • Busy weeknights? No problem. This easy and fast Gnocchi with Sausage and Spinach is wonderfully tasty! All you need is 20 minutes and one pan. Deliciously simple! Serve with a loaf of French or Italian bread to eat up any leftover sauce. ❤️❤️❤️ 💾 Save this post: Ingredients List 👇 2 TB olive oil 1 onion, chopped 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 lb Italian sausage, bulk, no casings 1 16 oz package potato gnocchi (from refrigerated or pasta aisle) 1 14.5 oz can Italian flavored diced tomatoes with juices (do not drain) ¼ cup low sodium chicken broth 4 cups fresh baby spinach leaves ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese Instructions In a large nonstick skillet, add oil and heat over medium high until hot. Add onion and garlic and stir/cook until fragrant, 30 seconds. Add sausage; stir and break it up into pieces, until nicely browned. Don't drain. Add uncooked gnocchi. Stir 1 min, gently breaking up any clumps. Stir in tomatoes with juices and chicken broth. Cover and cook on medium heat, 5 min, or just until gnocchi is fluffy and cooked through. Turn off heat. Add spinach and pepper. Stir until spinach leaves are wilted. Sprinkle with cheeses and cover for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melty.   • This 30-Minute Beef Teriyaki is sweet, sticky, and bursting with all our favorite Asian flavors. Simple, fresh ingredients come together to make the perfect weeknight dinner that will have you gladly ditching takeout! ❤✨❤ 💾 Save this post: Ingredients List 👇 ½ cup soy sauce, or Tamari* ½ cup sugar 2 TB apple cider vinegar 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 TB ginger, freshly grated 1 TB cornstarch ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes 3 strip steaks, 10-12 oz each, 1 inch thick 2 TB vegetable oil 2 scallions, sliced thin sesame seeds for garnish Instructions In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and pepper flakes. Pat steaks dry with paper towels. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat until smoking. Add steaks and cook just until well browned, 3-5 min per side. Transfer to plate and tent with foil at least 5 min. Wipe out skillet and add soy sauce mixture. Simmer over medium heat until sauce is thickened, 2 min. Slice steaks thin against the grain and transfer to platter. Cheddar cheese and bit of hot sauce packs will have your eaters wanting this dish on repeat! ❤️❤️❤️ 💾 Save this post: Ingredients List 👇 1 lb ground turkey, or ground beef, lean 1 tsp salt 2 tsp garlic powder, divided 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp cumin powder 24 oz marinara sauce, or your favorite pasta sauce 2-3 tsp Sriracha, depending on desired spice level* 8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked to al dente and drained (not rinsed) Shredded cheddar cheese for serving Instruction: In a bowl, combine ground turkey or beef with salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground meat, stirring until cooked through. Add pasta sauce, stirring well. Then add 2-3 tsp Sriracha, 1 tsp garlic, and cumin. Stir to combine. Bring to boil over high heat, and immediately reduce to low heat. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. Then, stir in cooked macaroni until heated through. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese. It’s the ultimate celebration of autumn. ❤❤❤ 💾 Save this post: Ingredients List 👇 For the Topping: ¾ cup all purpose flour ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats ¾ cup brown sugar, packed 1 tsp ground cinnamon ⅛ tsp table salt ½ cup salted butter, sliced cold ¼ cup pecans, toasted For the Filling: 2 ½ lbs apples, recommend firm granny smith and honeycrisp apples, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces Zest + Juice of 1 large lemon, a little under 1/4 cup juice ½ cup brown sugar, packed 2 tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp ground nutmeg ¼ tsp ground cloves Optional: vanilla ice cream Instructions Butter a 8×8 baking dish. Preheat oven to 350F with rack on middle position. In a bowl, combine all topping ingredients except butter. Stir to combine well. Using a pastry cutter, cut cold butter into the ingredients until mixture is crumbly, resembling wet sand with little clumps of butter still intact. (If your fingers are cool, it’s easier to mix with clean hands.) Cover and chill while you prepare the filling. In a large bowl, combine all filling ingredients and toss to incorporate. Pour into buttered baking dish. Scatter cold topping evenly over the apples. Place baking dish on a large baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, check the topping, and cover loosely with foil if it's already browning. Continue baking another 15-20 minutes, or just until topping is nicely browned and edges are bubbling. Let cool to room temperature, to allow filling to thicken.
