Ingredients  

  • 12 oz edamame beans, pre-shelled, thawed if frozen
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½ cup tahini, sesame paste
  • ¾ cups water
  • ½ cup cilantro leaves, packed
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 TB extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¾ tsp ground cumin
  • tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

    I really want to make this because we love edamame and tahini, but could I use something aside from cilantro?

      Hi, Barbara! You can either leave out the cilantro or replace with any of your favorite fresh herbs: parsley, chives, or basil would all work well.
