  • These saucy BBQ Ribs are easily prepared ahead of time, boldly flavorful, and fall-off-the-bone tender. You may never make ribs any other way again. ❤❤❤ 💾 Save this post: Ingredients List 👇 2 full racks uncooked ribs, 3-4 lbs each (Baby Back or St. Louis both work well) Dry Rub: ½ cup brown sugar, packed 1 ½ tsp smoked paprika 1 TB kosher salt 1 ½ TB freshly ground black pepper ½ tsp cayenne ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder Sauce: 1 18oz bottle your favorite BBQ sauce, bottled or homemade (we recommend a good quality honey BBQ sauce.) 3 tsp Sriracha, for moderate spice level 1 TB pure honey Instructions Dry Rub: Dry the racks of ribs with paper towels. In a bowl, combine all dry rub ingredients and whisk to combine well. Pat and press dry rub onto both sides of rib racks. Tightly wrap each rack of ribs in foil, individually. Place in a single layer on a large baking sheet and let sit in fridge overnight. Bake: Preheat oven to 325F. Bake foil-wrapped ribs, on baking sheet, for 2 1/2 hours. Cool: Remove ribs, let cool enough to handle, and remove foil. Discard juices. (Ribs can be prepared one day early up to this point; just cover and chill until ready to grill.) Sauce: Make the sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Brush ribs generously with desired amount of BBQ sauce. Ribs will be very tender, so handle carefully. Grill: Place on heated grill for 5-10 minutes per side, or until charred in spots. Use a sharp knife to carefully slice ribs so they don't fall apart (should be fork tender!) Pairs well with grilled veggies and potatoes. ❤✨❤ 💾 Save this post: Ingredients List 👇 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness and towel dried ⅓ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 4 large cloves garlic, minced 1 heaping TB pure honey 1 heaping TB stone ground/coarse mustard, with whole seeds 1 tsp kosher salt ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper zest of 1 large lemon ½ cup freshly chopped basil or parsley for garnish Instructions Make the marinade: In a bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine well. Reserve about 1/4 cup for later basting. Using a fork, pierce towel-dried chicken all over. Place chicken in the bowl of marinade and toss to combine well. Let sit in marinade 30 min to 1 hour. Grill: While chicken is marinading, grease and heat grill on high. Place chicken on the grill (discard used marinade.) Cook and baste with reserved 1/4 cup of marinade, about 4 min per side, depending on the thickness of chicken. Don’t over cook; remove from heat as soon as nice grill marks are achieved and center is no longer pink. They’re perfect for any summer cookout; guaranteed to disappear fast! ❤❤❤ 💾 Save this post: Ingredients List 👇 For the Glaze-Marinade: ⅓ cup + 2 TB pure honey ¼ cup brown sugar, packed ¼ cup regular soy sauce 8 garlic cloves, minced 3 TB Sriracha hot sauce 2 TB coarse ground mustard, with seeds visible 1 tsp ginger powder ¼ tsp table salt For the Skewers: 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces Oil for grill Optional: Freshly chopped cilantro or scallions for garnish Instructions In a large bowl, whisk together all glaze-marinade ingredients to combine well. Reserve 1/4 cup of mixture and set aside. Thoroughly dry chicken pieces with paper towels and pierce holes throughout with a fork. Add chicken to large bowl of marinade and toss to coat well. Cover and marinade in fridge 2-3 hours or overnight. When ready to cook, thread chicken onto desired amount of skewers (exact amount varies, depending on how many pieces of chicken you thread per skewer and how long your skewers are.) Save used marinade and briefly boil it for drizzling over the skewers at the end. Oil the grill and preheat over medium. Baste skewers throughout cook time, using the 1/4 cup reserved marinade-glaze; about 2-3 min/side or until just cooked through and nice grill marks appear. Plate the skewers and drizzle with the boiled marinade.
