Pork Tenderloins

Olive Oil

Pure Honey

Balsamic Vinegar

Garlic

Onion

Rosemary

Salt & Pepper

Carrots

Baby Potatoes

Marinade

Whisk olive oil, balsamic, honey, garlic, onion, rosemary, salt & pepper in a bowl.

Reserve 1/3 cup of the marinade.

Add the Veggies

Add potatoes and carrots to the marinade and toss to combine well.

Roast 

Add the pork, marinade & veggies to the tray. Road for 45-50 minutes.

Serve

Once ready to serve, slice pork and drizzle with any pan sauces that remain.
