New Year’s Eve Recipes | Grape Jelly Meatballs

These super easy Grape Jelly Meatballs are made extra-delicious with honey BBQ sauce!

Ingredients  

  • 50 Meatballs, Store-bought or homemade, fully cooked
  • 18 oz Grape Jelly
  • 18 oz Honey BBQ Sauce
  • Optional Garnishes: chopped chives or parsley

Instructions

  • In the slow cooker, combine the grape jelly and honey BBQ sauce. Stir until well combined. Add frozen meatballs. Stir to fully coat meatballs with sauce.
  • Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 5 hours, occasionally stirring midway. Garnish as desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use your favorite brand of Honey BBQ sauce, such as Sweet Baby Ray’s. 
  • Meatballs can be kept on “warm” setting in slow cooker throughout the party. 
  • Meatballs can be made 1-2 days ahead of time and gently reheated in the slow cooker. 
  • Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container in fridge for up to a week. 
  • Serve meatballs with Easy Dinner Rolls, Creamy Caesar Salad, or Garlic Herb Roasted Potatoes.
